Church Council  is pleased to announce we have returned to in-person worship as of Sunday, May 2nd.  In accordance with New York State regulations, persons who have been fully vaccinated do not need to wear masks or practice social distancing when attending worship or other church functions.  Also, these persons no longer need to wear masks when singing.  However, we still request that unvaccinated persons wear masks and practice social distancing.  We also respect those who wish to continue wearing a mask.

NINTH SUNDAY AFTER PENTECOST - JULY 25th at 9:30 AM. The Reflection, "Violent Power," is based on 2 Samuel 11:1-15.  Although God created us to be good people who love one another, we often hurt one another.  Though God has given us gifts and abilities positively to impact our world, we sometimes use our power to dominate and subjugate the powerless.  Even being one who is loved and chosen by God -- like King David was -- does not mean that we are immune from abusing God's gifts of love and power in order to hurt others.  Domestic violence is a sin that is an epidemic in our society, a major example of the way the powerful abuse and use the less powerful.  What can we do as a church to advocate for those facing domestic abuse?  Michele Bowersox will share a flute selection, "Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing," by John Wyeth; arranged by Brent Olstad.  PLEASE COME TO THE IN-PERSON 9:30 AM WORSHIP SERVICE OR JOIN THE LIVE-STREAM WORSHIP SERVICE ON OUR CHURCH'S FACEBOOK PAGE OR BY CLICKING THE FOLLOWING LINK:
