DOORS:  On Monday morning of last week the side door, by the sexton’s closet, was found to be locked, but not pushed shut all the way so it didn’t latch. Therefore it was open all night. Remember, as you leave, to not only make sure the door is locked, but also be sure the door is closed tight and latched. 

GRADUATION SUNDAY:  Do you have a 2018 high school or College graduate in your family? On June 10 we will be celebrating “Graduation Sunday”.  We would like to include all of the graduates in our write-up. Please send us the name of your graduate (high school, college, or grad school), the school he or she is graduating from, and his/her future plans. Please submit these to the church office by May 30th.

ADVENT HOUSE is in need of someone to do light housekeeping in our residents' suites once every two weeks. If you are interested please call Laurie at 585-223-6112 or email us at Our thrift boutique (Sweet Charity) is in desperate need for volunteers on Saturdays for 2 hour shifts. Call Sweet Charity at 364-0317 for more information. And as always we are in need of hands-on caregivers too! Thanks so much!

YOUTH MISSSION TRIP NEEDS YOUR HELP WITH CANAL DAYS PARKING on June 2 & 3! Our youth need to raise approximately $6,000 to cover the cost of the mission trip. Most of our fund raising efforts this year will be centered around Canal Days parking. However, due to our small group size we need your help with parking. If you can spare an hour or more to help the youth, please sign up on the rolling bulletin board in fellowship hall. If you have any questions please call Brian Sherry at 585-233-1010.

USHERS NEEDED:  One usher is still needed for the new church year starting in June 2018. It is a three year term. Call Ed Johnston for details at 585-703-7046.

CHURCH SCHOLARSHIP:  Each year the Board of Youth Ministry awards a $500 scholarship to a church member who is graduating from High School and entering college. To be considered for this scholarship, please submit the required information to Vicki Sherry by May 31, 2018. Applications can be picked up from the table outside the church office.

BOOK CLUB:  On May 21st Jan Hecker will lead our discussion of The All-Girl Filling Station’s Last Reunion by Fannie Flagg. Note:  Due to the Memorial Day holiday we are meeting on the 3rd Monday of the month, not the last. We meet in Fellowship Hall at 1:00 and all are welcome.

PERINTON FOOD SHELF most needed items are salad dressings, cooking oil, ketchup, mustard, cereal, pancake mix, jelly, cookies, Jello/pudding, fruit cocktail, boxed/canned potatoes, beef stew, rice mixes, pasta mixes, canned hash, canned sloppy joe (Manwich), sugar, laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo, paper tower, and deodorant.
