BIBLE STUDY:  The 11:00 A.M. Bible Study Groups will meet today and Wednesday.  Then we will take a short recess for the remainder of December and will resume again on Sunday, January 6th, & Wednesday, January 9th, 2019.

ANNUAL FINANCIAL MEETING:  The meeting will be held today immediately following the worship service. The budget for 2019 will be discussed and voted on. Please plan on staying for the meeting.

OFFICE SCHEDULE THIS WEEK:  The church office will be closed on Monday, December 10, and Monday, December 17. Vicki will be taking vacation days and Pastor Greg is off on Mondays.

2018 CHURCH DONATIONS:  For you to receive credit on your 2018 taxes, your check must be dated by December 31, 2018 and received in the church office by January 7, 2019.

SECOND ANNUAL YOUTH GROUP REUNION & CHRISTMAS PARTY! The date is Sunday, December 23, 7:00-10:00 pm, in the basement classroom. Come for the whole time or just for a while. Reconnect with your former youth group friends and with Mrs. Hamill. There will be an optional Christmas gift exchange. Bring a canned good or paper product for the Food Shelf. Enjoy FRIENDS, FOOD & FUN!

EVENING CIRCLE is having their annual Christmas meeting Monday, December 10 at 7:00 PM.  It is at Georgetown Commons Community Center again this year. Just bring yourself, a friend or neighbor, and your favorite Christmas story, poem, or card to share with the group.  Something that meant a lot to you.  We will be taking a donation for a worthy cause TBD.  Guests are always welcome!

MORNING CIRCLE will have a Christmas party/lunch in Fellowship Hall on December 11 at 10:30.  Bring your lunch and, instead of a gift to exchange, bring food items for the Food Shelf.  If you are not on Muriel's party list, please call her at 377-9177 to sign up.

OPEN DOOR MISSION:  The Open door mission is selling paper doves for $1.00 (or more if you choose). Buy a dove, put your name on it and post it on the wall in the southeast corner of Lower Fellowship Hall. Proceeds will be used by the Open Door Mission for their good works.

HILLSIDE CHRISTMAS TREE:  Thank you to everyone who took one or more tags from the Hillside Christmas Tree.  Today is the deadline for bringing in your gift(s).  They will be delivered to Hillside tomorrow, Dec. 10th so that they can reach the children in time for Christmas.  See Paula Dickson after church or call her at 223-8935 if you need to make arrangements to get a gift to her this afternoon.

BOOK CLUB will not meet in December. On January 28th we will meet to discuss Madison Park: A Place of Hope by Eric L. Motley.
