EASTER FLOWER DONATION SIGN-UP 2018: The sign-up sheet is on the rolling bulletin board in Fellowship Hall. Donation: $10. A notation should be made on the check that the donation is for “Easter Flowers”. Payment should be turned into the church office or put in the Sunday offering plate.
THIRD SUNDAY/SECOND MILE OFFERING: The envelope in your bulletin is for the “Third Sunday – Second Mile Offering” to support the work of the Board of Missions and Outreach.
LENTEN COMMUNION: Each Wednesday during Lent, there will be an informal and brief Communion Service in the Snow Room at 10:45 a.m.
HEALING SERVICE: There will be a Service for Healing & Wholeness today at 10:45 A.M. in the Snow Room. All are welcome!
THE GRIEFSHARE SUPPORT GROUP meets this Tuesday, March 20th from 10:00 A.M. - 12 Noon and is for
those who have lost loved ones and friends.
USHERS NEEDED: Two ushers are needed for the new church year starting in June 2018. It is a three year term. Call Ed Johnston for details at 585-703-7046.
OUR LENTEN PROJECT this year will again assist Rochester Refugee Resettlement Services. RRRS plans to start a small business to manufacture school backpacks. We, along with Fieldtex, RIT and Nazareth, will help them.
CALLING ALL SENIORS! The First Church Youth are holding a Senior Appreciation Luncheon just for you! Please join us today at 11:00 a.m. for a light lunch of soup, salad, bread, dessert and beverages after church.
MORNING CIRCLE will meet on April 10 at 10 AM. A representative from Rochester's Crisis Nursery will discuss the need they meet in helping parents and their babies in crisis situations. As always visitors are welcome--bring a sandwich and stay for lunch!
ANNUAL GIVING STATEMENTS: 2017 giving statements are now ready. They can be picked up in Fellowship Hall. If you need to have your statement mailed to you, please contact the church office.
BOOK CLUB: On Monday, March 26, Sharon Barmore will lead our discussion of The Underground Railroad by Colson Whitehead. We meet in Fellowship Hall at 1:00 and all are welcome.
