Logon

All About: Adult Education

The goal of our adult education program is to offer a variety of classes and learning opportunities that will:

PREPARE participants to live a life of faith in an often challenging, demanding world;

PROMOTE tough questions and deep discussion, because it is by wrestling with the difficult issues that our faith strengthens and grows;

PRAISE and please our God.

A VARIETY OF LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES

A variety of adult education opportunities are available.

Sunday morning classes, held after the worship service, cover a range of topics from Bible study to faith application to social justice issues. This class is fairly short (approx. 40 minutes), and there is no outside preparation needed to glean something relevant from the class.

Mid-week classes, offered both during the day and in the evenings at various times throughout the year, allow for more in-depth study and ample time for discussion.

Small group learning and fellowship opportunities are offered during Lent. Participating in a small group is a great way to get to know other church members, while studying and serving God together.
